Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at growknown.com and its subpages (the "Site") and your request for the free AI Readiness Audit (the "Audit"). The Site and the Audit are operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}, a {{ENTITY_TYPE}} ("GrowKnown," "we," "us"). By using the Site or requesting the Audit, you agree to these Terms.
1. What these Terms cover
These Terms cover the Site and the free Audit only. Any paid engagement with GrowKnown is governed by a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls for that engagement.
2. The Audit
The Audit is a free, informational review of publicly available information about how your company appears in online search results, AI assistant answers, review platforms, and on your own website. It's provided as-is for your information. It doesn't create a client relationship, and nothing in it is legal, financial, or professional advice. Results reflect what public tools returned at the time we ran them; those tools change their answers over time and we don't control them.
3. Your information
When you request the Audit, you give us your name, company, trade, market, website, and contact details. We use that information to run the Audit, schedule the walkthrough call, and follow up about it. Our Privacy Policy describes this in full.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, and the marks GrowKnown and The First-Call Position™ belong to {{LEGAL_ENTITY}}. You may read, link to, and share Site content with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of it, present it as your own, or use our marks in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the Site or the Audit request form to send unlawful, deceptive, or malicious content, to probe or disrupt the Site, or to submit information about a company you're not authorized to represent.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and the Audit are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} won't be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the Audit, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or the free Audit is limited to $100.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or the free Audit will be brought in the state or federal courts located in {{VENUE_COUNTY}} County, North Carolina.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date posted at the top of this page. Prior versions are available on request.
